In an effort to make more information available in an effective and timely manner, DHE is converting documentation to an electronically viewable format. The Adobe Acrobat file reader is a cross platform application that will permit you to view and/or print documents saved in ".pdf" format. To get your copy of the Windows version of the reader program, activate the following link and execute the file you receive from a temporary subdirectory and it will install the reader on your system.

If you are using NETSCAPE then go to OPTIONS, PREFERENCES, HELPER APPS, Create New Type:
MIME type: application
MIME subtype: pdf
Now, click on the "Save to Disk" radio button. Click OK.
